Bug Description

The package libzend-framework-php use version 1.11.11 but this has an incompatibility to php 5.6
https://github.com/zendframework/zf1/issues/344

So please update zend framework >= 1.12.7

Note that Ubuntu >= 16.04 only has PHP7.0. Given that, I think we can possibly only fix this in Trusty (at least that would be the priority). However, we might want to be sure that zend-framework also does work in Xenial (not hitting this bug). In 17.04, I am working on fixing this properly.
