Remove admin endpoint

The Admin endpoint was added early on in the project but no routes were ever added to it. We decided to make all admin operations available in the regular endpoint, instead of the admin endpoint as recommended by the Keystone team.

This wishlist bug can be used to track the removal of the version-only endpoint, as well as the vassal configs, and other admin-endpoint files that will no longer be used.

Sorry for stealing this bug from you Rene :\ It had been sitting here for a while and Amy asked if a smallish bug was available to work on, and this one came to mind. I figure the same thing happened with you and Douglas, just a little before us though!

We will be more careful to check that the bug isn't already assigned from now on.
