Bug Description
This affects the master branch only. The 1.12 branch is unaffected.
Load a track. It seems all formats are affected; mp3 definitely is. Play the track, then rewind past the beginning. The waveform will stutter around the zero point. If you are unlucky, when you release the rewind button the track get stuck near the zero point; you will need to fast-forward (or perform some other seek) in this case.
When this happens, the debug output continuously shows:
