Bug Description
The WMF implementation defined a default pen but had not enabled it. A WMF drawing which did not define its own pen would render incorrectly. Patch to fix this was submitted as revision 14067.
The attached example is supposed to render as a rectangle divided into 4 quarters by one vertical and one horizontal line at the midpoint of each side.
