Pitivi 0.93-4.2 will not launch

Upon selecting Pitivi 0.93-4.2 from the menu on Lubuntu 15.04 AMD-65 bit, nothing happens, will not launch. Upon launching from the command line gives:

Missing soft dependency:
- pycanberra not found on the system
    -> enables sound notifications when rendering is complete
Missing soft dependency:
- GnomeDesktop not found on the system
    -> file thumbnails provided by GNOME's thumbnailers
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
