Bug Description
I've noticed just after the app starts and new podcasts view is displayed, I cannot interact with the UI. I guess it's because the podcasts are being updated but there's no info about it on the screen. After a while a new podcast is added to the list (if there is a new podcast).
It'd be nice to add info, so a user knows why the app is not responsive for a while.

I tried fixing this one evening, turns out it isn't that easy. Meanwhile we are planning to relax the updating of podcasts. At the moment, the podcast list is updated on *every* app launch which seems aggresive and unnecessary. We will change that to update only once every 4 hours or something. Obviously this doesn't fix the problem, just a workaround until we rewrite the parsing backend in c++ where we can run it in a separate thread and unblock the UI.
