Bug Description
Libcloud doesn't support the networking API, so this chapter, while excellent, uses the CLI. This is OK in many cases (a lot of work goes into one time network setup). However, there are other SDKs that do support the API, so the guide should also be worked to ensure API and CLI are on equal footing.
