"Netmowrk manager does not show in top panel in Ubuntu 15.04"

Hi,

My laptop is connected to wifi but
Network manager is not showing in top panel.
when i tried to see dash network connections , connected wifi does not show here it as well.

below is the information about my OS

Looks like it is a bug or let me know solution so that i can see network-manager applet in top panel.

workaround: start it manually:

$ nm-applet &

Only thing that does not work when starting it manually is that when I click on a vpn, the window to enter the password does not show.

I am a professional tester and i believe if there is a bug then it should be fixed and we cannot go with workaround for a long time.
I love Ubuntu and i want it should stable , stability and defect-less(no product can go defect less but they can be minimize) should be priority.
