Bug Description
Observation:
Clicking magnet urls from Chrome opens Deluge but it does not show 'Add torrents' dialog box (and hence can not add magnet links). This does not happen with .torrent files. Works fine for magnet urls clicked from Firefox.
Expected:
Clicking magnet urls from Chrome opens Deluge and shows 'Add Torrents' dialog box.
