Can't unmaximize with ⌘ + ↑ shortcut

Bug Description
In luna i was able to maximize and unmaximize with the same shortcut, depending of the window state( if was maximized or unmaximized).
In freya i can't do that and i have to use two differents shortcuts to do so. The defaults are "⌘ + ↑" to maximize and "alt + f5" to unmaximize.
I don't know it's important but in any moment i have been able to use the shortcut to maximize and unmaximize, and is something annoying me since the first beta.
