"Writing your own programs" etc links don't work

Bug Description
Ubuntu Gutsy, all updates installed
1. Choose "System" > "Help and Support".
2. Choose "Advanced topics".
3. Choose "Writing your own programs", "Terminal commands references", or "GNU Info pages".
What happens: Nothing. No page, no error message.
