Bug Description
Users with the MANAGE_COMPONENTS privilege should be able to revoke component privileges granted by other users.
REVOKE COMPONENT PRIVILEGE CREATE_SCHEMA FROM PUBLIC GRANTED BY DB__ROOT;
This should succeed if the user has been granted the MANAGE_COMPONENTS privilege.
