murano-dashboard does not inform user about installing dependencies

In murano-dashboard installing a pkg from repository also may install prerequisite pkgs and images if any. This is only shown to the end user after he or she agreed to install a package.

Include note about prerequisite packages being installed in UI

Inform user about the fact that any prerequisite packages/images are
going to be installed during murano package/bundle installation
