Bug Description
Version: 1.3.4.101
Steps to reproduce:
* add a new contact to the DUT telegram account
* open a chat with the new user but don't send any msgs
* click on the header to open the profile page
Expected result:
- profile page should allow me to start a secret chat so I don't have to ever msg this person through cloud
Actual result:
- no secret chat button until at least one msg has been exchanged in open
