Fully translated apps are not shown on stats page

The benefit of the stats page like http://projects.davidplanella.org/stats/vivid/el
is the ability to visit a package and newly translate or fix an existing translation.

As it is now, if a package is fully translated, it is gone off the list.
If you want to make a correction to an existing translation, you cannot get the link to the package.

What should be done: if a package is fully translated, then still keep in the list.
