Bug Description
Need to add information to the success message that image will be available for deployment after some time.
User go go to deploy app right after it was uploaded. But the deployment will fail since image is not loaded yet.

Also need to make this message yellow - warning, and rename starting downloading to trying downloading since image may not be uploaded at all (if the link is invalid)

Hii Ekaterina,
I am interested in solving this bug. I have a confusion that if success message of package uploading is updated as defined above then it may be a scenario that some packages are already installed having same dependency image with newly uploaded package. In this case user will again see the updated message that is "image will be ready in sometime". How i can check whether user has already that image?
