Moonshot UI window becomes too tall and is not-resizeable

Bug Description
My list of hosts in the "No Identity" section is so long that the window resizes itself to be taller than the screen. The window cannot be shrunk. The window should not resize itself excessively and should provide a scrollbar to navigate through the list.

Used ScrolledWindow to add a scrollbar to the services list, and ensured that the list would still grow vertically if the user expands the window.
Made other changes to ensure that things that should *not* grow vertically on resizing, don't.
