Bug Description

This has a significant impact on any Desktop/GUI using this motherboard. This bug appears to be cascaded in a whole bunch of low-end servers from HP, IBM, Dell and others too...

Forgot to mention... I tried Ubuntu 14.04 and 14.10. On 12.04, I tried and it seemed OK but I am not so sure as I do not intend to use 12.04.
