Several cancel urls broken in networking forms

Several of the cancel urls are broken in the networking sub-forms (ports, dhcp agents). Open them as a new page, rather than a modal, and you will see that the cancel button redirects incorrectly.

Marking as High, because it completely breaks navigation when not using modals. However, feels a little wrong to be prioritising my own bug, so feel free to change .

    Fix various Networking forms urls

    Many URLs in the networking panels don't work correctly when loading the
    forms as a page, rather than a modal. This patch correctly reverses the
    relevant URLs.
