Bug Description

Version: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/krillin.en r59 krillin

Steps to reproduce:
 * System Settings > Battery > Brightness
 * Rapidly adjust the brightness level

Expected result:
 - brightness adjusted correctly

Acutal result:
 - brightness gets stuck at max brightness and a unity crash follows

It's a Mir abort:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<std::logic_error> >'
  what(): Only one touch up/down may be reported per event

Saviq said it happens on mako devel-proposed as well, but not as easy.
I have a krillin with y'day's devel-proposed, and it's very easy to repro.
