GTK+ 2.12 breaks program name in about dialog

Bug Description
GTK+ 2.12 replaces the GtkAboutDialog "name" property with "program-name" (I think "name" is now used by GtkBuilder).
To avoid this breakage in gtk<=2.12, we need to check if set_program_name is available and use that, otherwise use set_name. The "name" property needs to go away from the gladefile.

Fixed in main. If there's no problem I'll backport it to 0.2.11.
