Bug Description

While trying to show list of available OSTF plugins in CLI, an error detected:

(.venv)ubuntu@cloudv:~/cloudv-ostf-adapter/cloudv_ostf_adapter/cmd$ cloudvalidation-cli cloud-health-check list_plugins
print_dict() takes at least 2 arguments (1 given)

Looks like a bug connected to the latest changes in OSTF adapter about option "--no-format".
