At least in Beta 1 and Beta 2 of Xubuntu, bluetooth worked fine after installing the latest bluetooth driver from LWfinger (https:/
With Kubuntu (vivid) there was and is no way to get rtl8723au_bt running.

Hardware Lenovo Yoga 11, WiFi = RTL8723 works without any problem but rtl8723au_bt means no external mouse.
In addition to Xubuntu (vivid) the TLP repository with TLP is installed.

Please close the bug report.
The problem in this case was the TLP (linrunner) addition. I'm sorry for that but I had to struggle with bluedevil and KDE, and other (K, X, L) and Ubuntu bluetooth issues.
