Bug Description
Version: 1.3.4.99
Steps to reproduce:
* Clear unread chats on DUT
* Note badge is clear
* Create a secret chat
* Send a message(s) to DUT

Expected result:
- secret msgs should probably be counted as normal msgs

This is because we don't auto-accept secret chats when the app is not in foreground, like Android does. We may get there one day, but this would require heavy lifting in the push helper, that only has ~3 seconds for processing and is killed. At this time, I would mark it as Won't fix as of now, but we may as well mark it wishlist, so that someone else may find the explanation when trying to report it.
