[0.6.b4] First podcast hidden by header on Podcasts page after adding new podcast

If a new podcast is added before the user has visited the Podcasts page once after starting the application the first item on the list is completely obscured by the header. If the user navigates to another page and back the problem is fixed, or if the user visits the Podcasts page before adding a new podcast the problem doesn't happen.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start podbird

2) Go to "Add New Podcasts" page

3) Add a podcast

Expected result:

User should be taken to the Podcasts page and all podcasts should be visible

Actual result:

The first podcast is obscured by the header

This is particularly noticeable for first time users as it looks like adding a podcast has failed due to their only being one and it being hidden by the header.

hmm...I am pretty sure if I set flickable: null in the Podcasts page, then this bug would be fixed. But that would show the header always and not hide it while scrolling. Let me see if I can find a better solution.
