Menu universal access shows up as a blank folder in lxlauncher

Bug Description

To reproduce install the gnome-orca package or other assitive technology that will bring universal access to the menu. Then login to lubunt-netbook session in lighdm click on the work tab and there is an empty folder.

I expected the work directory to lavbel the folder for universal accesss. Instaed it did not label the folder and had an unlabeled folder icon.
