Thunderbird menus don't function properly with xinerama

Bug Description

The menus in Thunderbird do not respect the xinerama screen borders, similar to
the way Firefox acted before bug #12773
(https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6414) was fixed.

  * Apply patch to handle -mail correctly. Ubuntu #5703.
  * Add --enable-xinerama to the call to configure. Ubuntu #8125
  * Really apply patch from upstream to fix ISO 14755 compliance
    (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=269228 is the upstream
    bug). Ubuntu #11388.
