Problem upgrading libc6-686

Bug Description

During the latest apt-get dist-upgrade my libc6-686 want to be removed and be
replaced with just libc6.

Need to get 8000kB/10.5MB of archives.

Trying to upgrade libc6-686 with synaptic shows the following error:

libc6-i686:
 PreDepends: libc6.1 (=2.3.2.ds1-20ubuntu12) but it is not installable

glibc (2.3.2.ds1-20ubuntu13) hoary; urgency=low

  * debian/rules.d/control.mk: Mark debian/control target as phony.

I am guessing this is the same problem that halted a clean install? (2 test
boxes, and D3v irc user too)

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:

Yes, same problem. The daily CD set that just finished building is fixed.
