Bug Description
In the question section i have found that users what to have a GUI option to create shortcuts.
(known as symbolic link) like right click make shortcut here. and be able to move the shortcut somewhere they want.

There are two ways to create sym-link :
- [KDE way] you are in the folder where you want your link to be placed → right click "create a link" → opens a dialog to enter the path to the file / folder needed
OR
- [Unity & others' way] you are in the folder where is located the file / folder you want to link to → right click "create a link" → immediatly creates *here* the link you then have to move to the needed location.
Both have their own benefits.
