Bug Description
I need some more context to translate the following 2 strings:
seconds
Located in ../components/
Is this sort of separate (e.g. a label for an input field where the user enters a number), or should it change according to the number? (e.g. for English, we would have 1 second, 2 seconds). If is changes with the number, it will need the plural form treatment (for me, 1 diog, 2 dhiog, 3 diogan, 20 diog...)

Located in ../ui/SettingsP
What does "push" mean here?

First part of the bug has been fixed in a separate bug:

The next will become this bug focus. I will replace "Configure push" with just "Notifications", as this string is already being translated for the project and is easier to understand by users. Effectively, "Configure push" will no longer require translation.
