Bug Description
Please, update our operations guide:
- How to successfully perform maintenance on a Controller in HA config
- What to expect when a controller is removed from HA for maintenance (e.g. some performance degradation, increased response times, cluster in maintenance mode, etc)
- Define what maintenance mode means, or make it more clear
- Describe how to return a controller to HA cluster and how to get out of maintenance mode.
There are also several places in ops guide where the maintenance mode is mentioned. There should be references for the maintenance mode term as well.
Note: this is not only about Pacemaker maintenance mode, but the mm in general. We have serval types of clusters in Fuel, we also have ceph / swift storages. We also have a mm for host OS itself (runlevels based).
Each layer should be explained
