Bug Description

fuel-docker-images should unpack the LRZ tarball when installing the RPM so that it can be directly docker loaded.

    Extract lrz archive for fuel-docker-images

    Install loadable docker images instead of
    simply putting a compressed file in the
    Docker images directory.
