Exclude LACP bonds checking from network verification

    Exclude LACP bonds checking from network verification

    Currently network checker doesn't support
    checking interfaces in bonds and checks it as
    simple interfaces. But in case of LACP L2 bonding
    verification fails on hardware. For 6.1 checking
    interfaces in LACP bonds should be excluded

    Adds a note about LACP L2 bonds exluded from net verification

    LACP L2 bonds are mistaken for simple interfaces by
    network checker. This commit provides a note
    about LACP bonds excluded from the checklist to the
    User Guide, into Verify Networks section.
