Add possibilities to skip subdirs in snapshots
* added tests
* modified snapshot settings to exclude files from atop
and copy only atop_current file
* add posibilities to skip dirs and files using unix syntax
now files can be skiped by construction eg **/*.gz when
we want to skip all gz. files in all subdirs
