"open in remote terminal" ignores "Run command as a login shell"

RVM adds itself to .profile so the recommended fix for gnome-terminal is to check "Run command as a login shell" so that ~/.profile is loaded, which can be proven by running `type rvm | head -n 1` which should produce "rvm is a function" but instead produces "rvm is /home/user/.rvm/bin/rvm" which means ~/.profile isn't loaded.
