Multitasking view does not work well with hot plugged monitor

My laptop has 1600 x 900 resolution and I'm using an additional 1920x1080 monitor at office. The bigger monitor is assigned as the primary.

The problem is, if I log in for example with bigger one attached, both of the monitors show correct multitasking view behavior. But If I plug-out the bigger one, all of the desktop elements moves to laptop screen correctly except the multitasking view. It still tries to work at 1920x1080 and I obviously can't see the part under 900+. The same happens if I log in with just the laptop and plug in the bigger one. Then Multitasking view tries to work at 1600x900 and loses a great area.

This issue was present at the Freya beta phase and it still exists on a fresh Freya stable installation.
