ppc64el vivid daily image: There is no locale defined for the combination of language and country you have selected

Using Vivid daily image (apr 14) for ppc64el, I tried to set the locale to Brazil and got the message: "There is no locale defined for the combination of language and country you have selected (ppc64el)"
