[murano] 'Requirements' and 'License' tab are not working

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy OS, neutron-gre, Murano, All Ceph
2. Log into Web UI
3. Navigate to Murano>
4. Import package with the application
5. Navigate to 'Murano' > 'Application Catalog' > 'Applications'
6. Select uploaded application and click on 'Details'
7. Select 'Requirements' or 'License' tab
Expected result:
If there is no info about requirements or license then user has to see something like "No requirements" or "No license"
