Bug Description
It's weird to not have tap-to-click by default. It's just a thing, crying to be in the "top 10 things to do after installing elementary OS".

I'm going to mark this as "opinion". The problem is basically that the current input stack doesn't handle touch devices well. We can probably reconsider the default after LibInput becomes standard.
