Improve NAME table

The platformID=1 name table entries can be removed, they are for MacOS, but OSX doesn't need them.

    <namerecord nameID="0" platformID="3" platEncID="1" langID="0x409">
should be the same as the copyright notice in the OFL.txt

    <namerecord nameID="13" platformID="3" platEncID="1" langID="0x409">
is currently the full text of the license, but this is unneccessarily bloating the filesize, just use this instead:

      This Font Software is licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. This license is available with a FAQ at: http://scripts.sil.org/OFL
