Bug Description

OS: Xubuntu 14.04
Package Version: 4.12.0-1ubuntu1~14.04

Clicking on the "Arrange Desktop Icons" item in the right-click / fly-out menu on the Xfce desktop, results in icons like "Home", "Filesystem", and drives under "Removeable Devices" being moved off-screen to an area of the desktop that is inaccessible (i.e. the items can not be dragged back into place, or moved at all). The only way to remedy the issue is by un-clicking and re-clicking the appropriate entries in Desktop Settings > Icons. This is occurring with the packages via the Xubuntu Developers team's Xfce 4.12 ppa (https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev/+archive/ubuntu/xfce-4.12).

P.S. I tested this under a guest session and the problem still occurs.
