[Heat] Links for nested stacks are missing

When there is a stack containing an autoscaling group (a nested stack), there should be a link from stack details page, resources tab to a similar details page for the nested stack. This page is accessible via url like <HorizonHost>/project/stacks/<uuid>, however the corresponding resource types should be added to resource url mapping to make proper links from stacks details.

    [Heat] Resource url mapping improvement

    This patch set adds nested stacks and autoscaling groups to resource
    url mapping to make proper links to resources from stacks details.
    Some resource types from Neutron component are also added.
