Bug Description
There are two faqs:

There is a lot of potential for confusion (imagine someone saying "that's answered in the faq"), particularly because the urls are so similar.
The second url is particularly bad because, despite the hostname, it is mostly not code related. In fact, the same faq is displayed for all application vhosts.
My suggestion would be to have a single Launchpad faq with a clearly marked section about code hosting, and not to put that in the namespace where it clashes with a pillar 'faq'.
