Support new Twitter "Quote Tweet" RT

Bug Description
On 7th April, Twitter announced its "revamped quote tweet". Basically, they've taken the existing behaviour of some clients of "sharing" a tweet via its URL and done a pretty interface for embedding the referenced tweet instead of leaving it as a link.

Unfortunately, this functionality has now rolled out to iOS and Web, and so people are starting to use it. That means that I'm getting lots of tweets in my timeline that are things like "Surprise! http://…[tweet URL]…" rather than "Surprise! RT @original-person: their text (paraphrased slightly if necessary".
I'm not sure how best to render it, but I think Polly now needs to support these embedded tweets as the Twitter web interface does.
Could they be placed where images are at the moment?
