Bug Description
This contains apparmor easyprof and seccomp policies and templates. It also ships a couple of utilities, notably, sc-filtergen. sc-filtergen is a light reworking of apparmor-easyprof for seccomp. This is needed in main for snappy.
The security will maintain this. It builds, has a testsuite, it is enabled in the build, has autopkgtests and uses modern packaging and python3. It is lintian clean (except for missing man pages, which are coming. ubuntu-security is subscribed.
