1.8b2 Add hardware journey not consistent with add devices

The add hardware journey is not consistent with the add devices journey.

Like on add devices, the buttons at the bottom of the action panel should be
1. Cancel > text btn
2. Save and add another > secondary button style
3. Add machine / chassis / device (depending on page) > primary button style

When a user clicks "save and add another" their machine shouldn't be added to a table on the add harware action panel.
It should be added to the listing directly and be selected.
