Tag Editor: Saving artist across multiple files makes multiple tag entries

Bug Description
Add 10 tracks to a playlist, select them all, and edit them with the tag editor. Remove the current Artist tag, and add a new one.
The first song in the list will have the correct information.
The second will have the Artist tag entered twice.
The third will have it three times, and so forth.
