Bug Description

lpupdatebug script needs to be able to handle multiple (closes|related) bug references specified in commit message. right now it is capable only of handline one per comming msg.

Minor fixes in lpupdatebug script

- be able to process every LP bug's referenced in commit msg,
- explicitly try-catch KeyError on set_status & add_comment
- tolerate missing "#" char before the actual LP bugs number
