Extra button appears when user deletes stack and doesn't reload page

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in Web UI
2. Navigate to 'Project' > 'Orchestration' > 'Stacks'
3. Click on 'Launch stack'
4. Create simple stack
5. After stack creation, select created stack and click on 'Delete Stack'
Observed result:
After deletion will be finished and page wouldn't reloaded, 'Update Stack Template' button will appear in the 'Action column'
This is redundant button, because user can't update deleted stack
