[apps] Some ui fields don't have description

Bug Description

Thus, it's not obvious what user should put to 'Gateway hostname pattern' (k8s cluster field).

Need to check all ui definitions to have correct descriptions for all fields.

Some fields have initial value set to 'false' while should to 'true'

    Improve UI definitions

    * Add and update description of some fields
    * Required and initial were mixed up
    * required: true is default, so it's redundant
    * quates are not necessary on string initial fields
